Sydnee officially joined NYT in 2024, but has known Cynthia for several years; first meeting her as her son's speech pathologist through ALTA Regional. During their years together, he made enormous progress with Cynthia, and during that time, Cynthia observed Sydnee's dedication to her son's growth, her attention to detail, and the belief and confidence Sydnee had that NYT had the potential to impact many other families. Cynthia knew there was a place for her at NYT.  Sydnee has extensive background in office and personnel management, Autism, and speech and language delay. She is dedicated to making our families' experiences seamless and positive, in addition to supporting our therapeutic team behind the scenes. She is an invaluable asset to our corporation and brings positivity to all her interactions.

Cynthia is a pediatric Speech-Langague Pathologist who founded NYT after an extensive career in her field working with all ages and in Educational Administration. She has long believed that Early Intervention has the power to change the lives of our youngest children and their families with active parent participation. She has dedicated her career to helping children and adults reach their maximum potential with speech, language, and social development. She developed "Toddler Talk," a groundbreaking immersive, parent-toddler, social-communication training series and has extensive background in autism, all language and speech delays and disorders, auditory processing disorder, dysfluency, special education law and advocacy in addition to other areas. She has three children and many animals who bring joy to her life.  Cynthia resides in Northern California.

Lauren is a CF-SLP who joined NYT in April 2025. With a background in secondary education, Lauren has chosen to work in the field of Early Intervention because of the tremendous impact it can have on children and their families. She thoroughly enjoys helping children grow and empowering parents with the skills to support their child's language development. Lauren currently resides in Northern California with her ever-growing family.
