Assessment of current skill levels is done through interviews with the parent/caretaker, standardized and criterion-referenced evaluation tools, observation of communication skills, and then clinical analysis of a child's speech and language samples. The results of this evaluation will be reported verbally Our intake phone consultations in conjunction with evaluations, range from $300-$500 depending on the depth of the evaluation and whether one area needs to be evaluated further. To keep our rates lower than other providers in our geographic area, we do not write formal reports following our evaluations but do gather all the needed information to build a highly successful, collaborative therapy plan that will focus on aspects that will most benefit your child's overall communication. If you would like a written report, please request this before our first meeting and view our report rates below. Regardless of whether you choose or not to have a written report, we will take baseline data that we then can use to measure his progress periodically. We will also provide you with printed resources to carry over and tracking your child's growth over time.
We are happy to provide you with a full list of our rates and provide this for both transparency and consistency. Our rates are competitive and we do not selectively charge more or less based on whether you will bill insurance or not.
Following our evaluation, we will make a recommendation for the length and duration of our therapy sessions. Each session's rate is $150 and is completed online and in the comfort of your home or child's school or daycare. Therapy sessions occur in 50-minute periods and our goal is to advance our children as quickly as possible while still being playful. You or another caretaker will be an integral part of our sessions and will learn and implement your child's therapy plan using the techniques we will demonstrate for you. Session rates include preparation time and session documentation.
